St. Joseph’s school Barshi was established in 2007 with an aim to provide affordable quality education for the children from the vicinity of municipality of Barshi. This is the only English Medium School affiliated to CBSE in Barshi. The school is situated at Gattachiwadi, a tranquil and green area in the outskirts of Barshi. The school is equipped with all modern amenities to make sure qualitative, innovative and vibrant academics. Now there are around 1000 students and 30 teachers in the school.
The school tries to bring out the best in every student, through a sound academic, intellectual, physical, psychological, moral and social formation. The school is named after Saint Joseph who is a role model of living for the staff as well as the students, for he was a man of firm faith and dedication. This school is open to all irrespective of caste and creed. The school aims to give a quality education with minimum expense. Besides the regular academics, the school provides co-curricular and extra – curricular activities with much expertise.
